Doing My Bit for the Environment!

So there I was, looking at my desk, thinking "I need to throw away all this mess". There were bits of stamped images, scraps of paper I'd colour washed, a mess of leftover elements from other projects. Instead of throwing them away, I decided to recycle some of them, and this card is the result! I'm quite proud of myself for helping reduce the hole in the ozone layer, in my own small way! :)

I've entered this card into the Sunday Stampers Challenge this week, which is themed "embossing folders" - the stars on the right of my card were cut from card embossed with a Cuttlebug folder.

Now if all my scraps would turn out as nice as this I might actually be a bit more green!! ;)

I'm so pleased you didn't throw them away. It would have been a shame to have passed on this card. Thank you for sharing and saving.

Gorgeous Dan, you'd never know you'd made it from cast off scraps!
