If I ruled the world ... (ruled....geddit?)

A real rarity from me today - something that features NO STAMPING whatsoever!  I know, I kinda threw that one at you without any warning and now you're feeling dizzy and can't believe your eyes! :)  My apologies!

More of the adhesive paper tape i showed yesterday, along with a bit of the DCWV Tattered Time card stack as the central panel, perfect match for the tape, dontcha think?  :)
